Managed impacts, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, readiness, adoption, governance and hypercare. Delivered 26 facilitated training sessions and more than 100 enablement resources, supported by a change champion network and four-tier hypercare model.
PeopleIN – Organisational Change Lead, Program UNITE
June 2023 to January 2024
Led change for Salesforce-based finance, payroll and workforce management solutions affecting approximately 800 users across the brands within PeopleIN.
Coordinated change across four program streams and phased finance go-lives so that impacts, dependencies and business requirements remained visible across delivery.
Australian Retirement Trust – Senior Organisational Change Manager, Super Admin Program
February 2023 to June 2023
Supported a post-merger administration transformation involving business teams, technology delivery and external vendors.
Structured workshops, decision tracking and stakeholder alignment so that future-state requirements, unresolved issues and accountabilities could move through the program. Also coached two Change Analysts supporting delivery.
Rio Tinto – Organisational Change Manager, IT Asset Management Program
March 2022 to February 2023
Delivered change for a global IT asset management transformation involving geographically dispersed teams and external vendors.
Focused on operational readiness, stakeholder engagement and transition to business as usual so that responsibilities and support arrangements were clear beyond implementation.
BOQ Group (Bank of Queensland) – Organisational Change Manager, Business and Technology Transformation
May 2019 to March 2022
Delivered change across regulatory reform, remediation, cloud and data-centre migration, and operational initiatives.
Experience included Design and Distribution Obligations, Anti-Hawking reform, stakeholder readiness, business analyst coaching and remote learning. Training effectiveness averaged 4.6 out of 5.

Led online communication and supported adoption of the myRFS volunteer extranet across a large, geographically dispersed emergency-services workforce.
Used plain language, practical guidance and benefit-led communication to support volunteers with different levels of technical confidence. Registrations and logins provided a clear measure of adoption.
