You’ve tried ChatGPT. You’ve seen what AI can do. You probably also realise you’re just scratching the surface.
You’ll write, research, plan, work with documents, improve AI-generated content and explore AI capabilities you may not have known existed.
You’ll also spend part of the day working on something from your own business, with expert guidance on hand.

At the start of the workshop, you’ll identify an area of work where you’d like AI to help. You will then have dedicated time to apply what you’ve learned to that challenge, with support when you need it.
About your facilitator
James Williams.
I’m James Williams, a change manager and the founder of Asporea.
I have spent more than 20 years working with organisations through technology and business change, including major digital transformation programs across government, financial services and professional services.
I am not interested in AI hype or clever demonstrations that fall apart the moment you try them yourself. I am interested in helping people use the tools properly, on real work, and understand where their own judgement still matters.
My aim is that you leave the workshop having done something useful with AI and feeling confident enough to keep using it the next day.
