Regional Bank Remote Systems Training Development – Financial Services

Asporea™ delivered systems training and organizational change for a Regional Bank. The project delivered training approaches, plans, and documentation to allow remote systems and process training for the bank’s third-party operations centre. The training was delivered to approximately 60 team members over WebEx. The outcome of this project was the release of $75Mill. in provisions in part due to additional data clarity on collateral.
