James Williams
Principal Consultant, Asporea Pty Ltd
James is an experienced transformation practitioner with a background in organisational change, strategic communication and complex programme environments.
He is a PROSCI® Certified Change Practitioner and has used various methodologies to support transformation initiatives across government, financial services and the resources sector, including work with Commonwealth regulatory bodies, NSW Government, Rio Tinto, HSBC, Bank of Queensland, EY and BDO.
He has supported leaders navigating high-impact initiatives where operational performance, governance and stakeholder confidence are critical considerations. His work focuses on ensuring that AI, digital and strategic reform initiatives translate into practical, embedded change across teams and functions.
James works closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to design adoption approaches that are both structured and adaptable, balancing ambition with operational reality.
