Hi, I’m James – the founder of Asporea and a change manager by trade and by choice. Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked across Australia and Asia helping organisations deliver complex change that actually sticks.
I started Asporea to offer a different kind of consulting. One that’s grounded, collaborative and laser-focused on delivering outcomes, not decks. These days I also support the next wave of change professionals who want to do this work with more clarity and confidence.
