Practical AI Training for Small Business and Teams
Asporea provides practical workshops for business owners, managers and teams who want to get more value from tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.
The training is designed for people who have already seen or tried AI, but are still not quite sure how to use it well.
You do not need to be technical.
Our expert-led workshops guide you through real tasks, we test ideas and show you how to get better results when you work with AI.

Move Beyond Playing With AI
Maybe you have tried AI.
You might have asked it to write an email, create a social media post or summarise something.
Perhaps the result was useful, sometimes it’s feels generic and sounding all the same.
Maybe it was inaccurate and not good enough to use.
The problem is not AI, it’s that most people haven’t been shown how to get the most from it.
Asporea’s workshops focus on that exact challenge.
You will learn how to provide the right context, ask follow-up questions, improve doubtful answers and check results before use.
Our workshops will support you in using AI more confidently to speed up your everyday tasks.
How Asporea Approaches AI Training
Asporea does not treat AI as a magic answer.
It is a useful tool, but only when people know where it fits, how to guide it and when to question it.
The workshops are practical from the start. You work directly with AI during the session and apply it to tasks such as writing, planning, research, administration, document review and customer communication.
The examples are grounded in real business work rather than polished demonstrations where everything goes perfectly.
You also learn what to do when the answer is vague, wrong or confidently made up.
That matters, because using AI well is not just about getting a result quickly. It is about knowing whether the result is any good.
Featured Workshop
Move beyond experimenting with AI and start using it confidently in everyday work.
This full-day workshop is for small business owners and individuals who are interested in AI but are not yet using it confidently.
You may already use ChatGPT or Copilot occasionally.
You may have seen demonstrations, saved a few prompts or tried to use AI writing or administration, but you’d like to know more.
This workshop is designed to help with that.
During this one day workshop, you will get hands on experience with AI trying out common business tasks.
You will learn how to improve the quality of the response, use your own documents and information, and turn a rough AI draft into something you would actually be comfortable using.
This is not a lecture about what AI might do in five years.
It is a working session about what you can use it for now.
What We Cover
Better Conversations With AI
Most people ask AI one question and judge it on the first answer.
That is rarely the best way to use it.
You will learn how to build context, continue the conversation, correct weak assumptions and steer the response towards something more useful.
AI for Everyday Business Work
We use practical exercises covering writing, planning, summarising, brainstorming and routine administration.
The focus is not on producing more content for the sake of it. It is on reducing effort and improving the quality of work that already needs to be done.
Working With Your Own Information
You will learn how to use AI with PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, images and screenshots.
This includes analysing information, extracting key points, comparing material and turning existing content into something easier to use.
From AI Draft to Professional Work
The first response is often only a starting point.
You will work through how to review, challenge and improve AI-generated content so it sounds like your business and is fit to use.
Applying AI to Your Own Business
Each participant identifies one area of their business they most want AI to improve.
You then use that as a practical focus during the workshop.
This means the day is not just a collection of examples. You leave having worked on something relevant to you.
Who the Workshop Is For
The workshop is suitable for small business owners, sole traders, consultants, managers and people working in administration or professional services.
It is particularly useful for people who:
- have tried AI but are getting inconsistent results
- are unsure what information to give it
- want to use AI without sounding generic
- want help applying AI to real business tasks
- are interested but do not want a technical course
- want to understand the risks as well as the benefits
No previous AI experience is required.
That said, people who have already tried it and felt underwhelmed will probably get the most from the day.
What You Will Leave With
By the end of the workshop, you should be able to use AI more deliberately.
You will know how to provide better context, improve weak responses, work with common business documents and check the output before relying on it.
You should also have a clearer view of where AI can save time in your business and where it is not worth using.
The aim is that you leave with practical capability, not just a set of notes.
Workshop Format
The workshop runs for a full day and is delivered in person.
Participants bring their own laptop and work directly with AI during the session.
The day includes demonstrations, practical exercises, discussion and time to apply the learning to your own work.
