About your facilitator – James Williams
I have spent much of my career helping large organisations introduce new technology.
The same issue comes up time and again: to reallly get the most of any new tool you need to know what it’s used for and how it fits into your work.
AI is changing how people write, plan, communicate and solve problems. Large organisations are already investing heavily in it but small business owners are still trying to work out what’s in it for them.
I provide small business owners practical, face-to-face experience using AI in real work. I explain things in plain language, use examples that make sense and give you time to try things for yourself.
I won’t be turning you into an AI expert overnight, but I will help you work with AI more confidently and safely.
What matters to me is that everyone leaves with practical work completed, a clearer understanding of where AI can help and enough confidence to pick it up again the next day and keep going.

No. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to booking. You will only be asked to pay if you choose to register after a workshop date is announced. - Is the A$295 Price Available to Everyone?

No. We will discuss different AI tools during the workshop and explain when a paid subscription may be useful. - Should I Bring a Laptop?
